‘It is really difficult for me to direct a film with you. Would you accept to be a part of my play ‘Major Chandrakanth’ that I am planning to stage during second week of April?’ A request made by K. Balachandar to which Superstar Rajnikanth came up with an affirmative response. ‘Yes, I am so privileged to be a part of your project and I am ready whenever you call me’.
K. Balachandar-Superstar Rajnikanth have shared a great relationship from the initial days. The veteran filmmaker holds a special record for introducing couple of world-renowned virtuosos Superstar Rajnikanth and Universal Hero Kamal Haasan.
Previously Rajnikanth was a part of K. Balachandar’s production ‘Kuselan’ that bombed at box office.
