WHY SOUNDARYA WAITS FOR ENDHIRAN

Rajinikanth’s fans started to wonder what happened to Sultan – The Warrior, the animation film that is being directed and produced by his daughter Soundarya. Enquiries in Kollywood revealed that Soundarya plans to release Sultan only after Endhiran hits the screens.
According to trade pundits, this could have a positive impact on Sultan because Endhiran is being produced by Sun Pictures and will get maximum publicity. This in turn would have the cash registers ringing for Sultan.
Considering the business motives of Soundarya and timing her release accordingly, there is a strong speculation that her animation film could turn out to be a hit.

Rajini makes his fan happy

A differently-abled person, who is a die-hard fan of Superstar Rajinikanth, received a pleasant surprise from the top actor when he tried to have a glimpse of him at the wedding reception of actor Vijay Vasanth in Chennai recently.
When the Superstar walked in to the auditorium to wish the ‘Chennai 28’ actor, people pulled and pushed at each other to catch a glimpse of him. Equally intent on meeting the star was our hero of the story, who lost his balance and fell.
On seeing this, Rajini rushed to his help. The Superstar lifted his fan, spoke a few words to him, and asked him to be careful while in a crowd. After spending a few minutes with him, the actor left the place.
The man, whose joy knew no bounds after he exchanged pleasantries with his matinee idol, said, “My dream has come true finally. Thalaivar touched me. And I spoke to him. I just could not believe it.”

ENDHIRAN IN DUMPING YARD

After shooting in some of the exotic locales across the globe, the makers of Endhiran had decided to can a few scenes at the Perungudi dumping yard in Chennai. The Endhiran team, in the recent months, was spotted in several locations in and around Chennai but the dumping yard has raised many an eyebrow.Enquiries reveal that the scenes involving the superstar were not shot in the Perungudi dumping yard. It was mainly the film’s villain and other actors, who camped in the spot for five days to complete some scenes.Endhiran is a big budget film that has Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai playing the lead roles. The movie is directed by Shankar and produced by Sun Pictures.
