குசேலன் பிரச்னையை பதட்டப்படாமல் நேர்த்தியாக ரஜினி கையாளும் விதம்…வாவ்!!

If I had been in Rajini’s place in this trying period only two things could have happened. Either I would have split my hairs and run away to a far-off place or died due to heart-attack.
There are no words to describe the agony we (fans) have gone through in the past few weeks especially days. Just imagine his position!
In the midst of so much negative news!
Kuselan’s “alleged” loss as headlines in some TV channels, every now and then a new (false) statistics of Kuselan’s collections and frequenting articles/opinion in magazines/dailies reg Rajini’s so-called “apology”. Apart from these we have the vultures - Vikatan, Kumudam and Nakkeeran, the leeches like Express, Dinamalar and Dinakaran. Then there are a few “close” people, many from the film fraternity, who are eagerly waiting for his (Rajini’s) fall. If these are not enough, then there are some fans who refuse to understand Rajini’s stand and thoughts.
In spite of being bombarded by so many problems from so many directions, the way Rajini has handled this Kuselan issue without any anxiety - WOW! He has handled this issue in the same manner as that of an experienced diplomat. Its the way a true leader of people should handle the delicate and sensitive issues.
I was really worried that Thalaivar will get tensed on seeing so many false propaganda against him and the issue will turn more serious. But, he has once again proven his maturity and shown to us that he is different.
Without any ego he has held discussions with all the concerned people (producers, distributors and theatre owners), patiently listened to their views and arguments and at no circumstances getting angry he has almost solved this problem single-handedly in his own inimitable way.
From my point of view, this approach itself is proof that he is fully qualified to manage a country.
There is one news which is hidden in this issue. It seems that Rajini was ready for even 100% compensation. But, some important members of the Actors’ Association and the Producers’ Council had told Rajini - “Don’t make the theatre owners to get habituated to this by compensating them with money. Many recent films have bombed at the box-office one after the other. If they start demanding compensation for all those films, where shall we go?” On the other side, the theatre owners are issuing warnings/threats. What will he do?
The fun here is, the people who are asking Rajini not to compensate for the losses are not saying that in open and are doing that through the back door. Is it because an open statement will mean that they are supporting Rajini? Enna kodumai ithu?
On Friday when the theatre owners met Rajini they said 35% is fine. But, the next day they are demanding 70%. Now what do you call this act? Finally they will get 100% i.e. 100% kicks, both from Rajini fans and public.
Looks like they want to see whether the old Shivaji Rao is still there inside Rajini. If he awakens then …

ரஜினியின் இடத்தில் நானாக இருந்தால், இந்நேரம் மண்டையை பிச்சுகிட்டு எங்காவது ஓடியிருப்பேன் அல்லது இதயம் வெடிச்சி, போய் சேர்ந்திருப்பேன்.
கடந்த சில நாட்களாக நம்மில் பலர் அடைந்த மன உளைச்சல் சொல்லி மாளாது. அப்போ தலைவருக்கு எப்படி இருந்திருக்கும் என்று நினைத்துகொள்வேன்.
இத்தனைக்கும் நடுவில்…
ஈவு இரக்கம் துளியும் இல்லாமல் இந்த சூழ்நிலையில் கூட மீடியாவில் வரும் வருத்தம் குறித்த தவறான தகவல்கள், சேனல்களில் முக்கிய செய்தியாக ஒளிபரப்பப்படும் குசேலன் நஷ்டம் போன்ற செய்திகள், ஒவ்வொரு மணி நேரமும் புதிது புதிதாக தவறாக கிளப்பிவிடப்படும் குசேலன் வசூல் குறித்த புள்ளிவிவரங்கள், இதை தவிர விகடன், குமுதம், நக்கீரன் போன்ற பிணந்தின்னி கழுகுகள், தினமலர், தினகரன் போன்ற புளுகு மூட்டைகள், கூடவே இருந்து தனது வீழ்ச்சியை காண துடிக்கும் தமிழ் திரையுலக நண்பர்கள் (?!!) இவை எல்லாவற்றுக்கும் மேல் தன்னை இன்னும் சரியாக புரிந்துகொள்ள மறுக்கும் ரசிகர்கள் - இப்படி பன்முனை தாக்குதல்களுக்கு இடையே குசேலன் பட பிரச்சனையை ரஜினி லாவகமாக பதட்டப்படாமல் அணுகிய விதம் இருக்கிறதே…வாவ்….ஒரு தலைவனின் பண்பு அது. ஒரு சிறந்த நிர்வாகியின் நிர்வாகத்திறன் அது. அனுபவம் மிக்க ஒரு மக்கள் வேந்தனின் அணுகுமுறை அது.
உண்மையில் நான் மிகவும் கவலைப்பட்டது - நடக்கும் அநியாயங்களை பார்த்து தலைவர் டென்ஷன் ஆகி பிரச்னை மேலும் சீரியஸ் ஆகிவிடப்போகிறதே என்று தான். ஆனால் தலைவர் தான் எதிலும் ‘தனிப்பட்டவர்’ என்று நிரூபித்துவிட்டார்.
கோபப்படாமல், நிதானமாக…
பிரச்னை சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அனைவருடனும் (தயாரிப்பாளர்கள், சாய் மீரா மற்றும் திரையரங்கு உரிமையாளர்கள்) சிறிதும் ஈகோ பார்க்காமல் பேச்சு வார்த்தை நடத்தி, அவர்கள் தரப்பு நியாயங்களை, வாதங்களை செவி கொடுத்து கேட்டு , எந்த சூழ்நிலையிலும் கோபப்படாமல், நிதானமாக இந்த பிரச்னையை தனது நேர்த்தியான அணுகுமுறையால் கிட்ட தட்ட தீர்த்துவிட்டார் ரஜினி. (சன் குழுமம் சம்பந்த பட்டவர்களை மீண்டும் மீண்டும் தூண்டி விட்டால் அவர் என்ன செய்வார் பாவம்?)
நினைத்துபாருங்கள் - இந்த பிரச்னைக்கும் ரஜினிக்கும் ஏதாவது நேரடி சம்பந்தம் இருக்கிறதா? தயாரிப்பாளரும், விநியோகஸ்தரும், திரை அரங்கு உரிமையாளர்களும் பேசி தீர்க்க வேண்டிய பிரச்னை இது.
இந்த அணுகுமுறை ஒன்றே போதும் - என்னை பொறுத்தவரை அவர் அரசாளும் முழு தகுதியும் பெற்றுவிட்டார்.
திரைமறைவில்…
இந்த பிரச்சனயில் நடந்த - மூடி மறைக்கப்படும் விஷயம் ஒன்று உள்ளது: ரஜினி 100% கூட இழப்பீடு வழங்க தயாராக இருக்கிறாராம் . ஆனால் ஒரு பக்கம் நடிகர் சங்க முக்கிய பிரமுகர்களும் தயாரிப்பாளர் சங்கமும் அவரிடம் “நீங்கள் இப்படி பணம் ரிடர்ன் கொடுத்து பழக்கபடுத்தாதீர்கள். இங்கு நிறைய படம் அடுத்தடுத்து சமீபத்தில் தோல்வி அடைந்துள்ளன. அவற்றுக்கெல்லாம் இதே போல் நஷ்ட ஈடு கேட்டால் எங்கே போவது?” என்று கூறியதாக தெரிகிறது. இன்னொரு பக்கம் நஷ்ட ஈடு கேட்டு அட்டகாசம் செய்யும் திரையரங்கு உரிமையாளர்களின் மிரட்டல் வேறு. ஒரு பக்கம் செய்யாதே என்கிறார்கள். இன்னொரு பக்கம் ஒருவர் செய் அல்லது நடப்பதே வேறு என்கிறார்கள். அவர் என்னதான்யா பண்ணுவாரு?
இதில் கொடுமை என்னவென்றால் நஷ்ட ஈடு கொடுக்க தேவையில்லை என்று கூறும் மேற்படி நடிகர் சங்கமும் தயாரிப்பாளர் சங்கமும் அதை வெளிப்படையாக கூறாமல் திரைமறைவில் ரஜினியிடம் கூறி வருவது தான். வெளிப்படையாக கூறினால் அது ரஜினிக்கு ஆதரவாக கருதப்படுமே…அதற்க்கு இடம் கொடுக்க கூடாது என்ற நல்ல எண்ணமோ?
எது எப்படியோ சிங்கம் ஒற்றை ஆளாக மறுபடியும் கிட்டத்தட்ட சாதித்துவிட்டது.
100% நிச்சயம். எது?
இந்நிலையில் ரஜினியை வெள்ளிக்கிழமை நேரில் சந்தித்தபோது 35% போதும் என்று கூறிய திரையரங்கு உரிமையாளர்கள் பின்னர் அடுத்த நாள் நடந்த கூட்டத்தில் செய்தது இருக்கிறதே…அதற்க்கு பெயர் தான் பல்டி. தற்போது 70% வேண்டுமாம். இப்படியே அழிச்சாட்டியம் செய்து கொண்டிருந்தால் கிடைக்கபோகிறது - பொதுமக்களிடமிருந்தும் ரஜினி ரசிகர்களிடமிருந்தும் - 100% உதை!!
சிங்கம் என்றால் இவ்வளவு அமைதியாகவா இருக்கும் என்று நினைத்தார்களோ என்னவோ, இன்னும் கொஞ்சம் விளையாடி பார்போம் என்று எரிமலையை மறுபடியும் சீன்டிகொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள். என்னதான் நடக்குது என்று பொறுத்திருந்து பார்போம்.
