The Norway Tamil Film Festival took off on April 20th and came to an end on April 25th in a grand manner. Several directors from Kollywood were stationed in Oslo, Norway where this fest was held. One film that caught the attention of all those present there was Endhiran. This Rajinikanth starrer bagged three awards while Madarasapattinam, directed by Vijay, came up with four awards.
Radha Mohan bagged the Best Director award for directing Payanam. The Best Feature Film award went to Myna, directed by Prabhu Solomon. Endhiran was honored with three awards – Best Special Effects, Best Make up and Best Producer.
The Best Costume, Best Art Direction, Best Music and Best Song awards went to Madarasapattinam. The Best Actor award went to Viddarth for Myna and the Best Actress award was bagged by Anjali for Angadi Theru.
