The next big movie after Shivaji of superstar Rajinikanth is almost nearing completion. Rajini has finished his dubbing part for the movie in Chennai on Saturday. The shooting was completed last month and the post- production work commenced at Prasad Labs in Chennai recently.
The Audio of Kuselan is also ready. All the five songs by music director G.V Prakash is complete and the music for this movie by this young musician is said to be very impressive. The movie is expected to have 900 plus prints with 700 prints for Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. Kuselan is being simultaneous made in both Tamil and Telugu. The movie is named Kuseludu in Telugu.
Kuselan is the remake of Malayalam hit movie Katha Parayumbol which revolves around the life of a Barber and a Superstar.Vasu and Rajini agreed that the role of barber may not go well with the Tamil audience and the barber community may take offense on such a portrayal. The role is therefore changed to that of a bus conductor. Kuselan gives more screen space to Rajini unlike in the original movie.
Plans are on to release Kuselan in July.
