It all started on the day of Rana’s inaugural pooja. Yes, Rajinikanth was rushed to St Isabel’s Hospital in Chennai on that day and for the next two months he was under treatment at the Ramachandra Hospital and later at Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore. The Superstar returned to Chennai recently and is now actively involved in discussions with director KS Ravi Kumar, the director of Rana.
Sources say that Rajini’s well-wishers want him to consider a title change for sentimental reasons because he landed at the hospital on the day the film commenced. It is said that Rajini may heed to their request.
When Rajini was first admitted to the hospital in April, there was a buzz that Rana may be dropped but the Superstar had said that it is close to his heart and will go ahead with the film.
