Super Star Rajinikanth and director Shankar initiated the launch of ‘Chaitram’ a new film, on Thursday 16 April, at Ramoji Film City.The star and director are in the city shooting for their latest venture ‘Robo’ at RFC and graced the occasion as special guests. Rajinikanth gave the clap; Shankar did the honorary direction while popular cinematographer Sekhar V Joseph switched on the camera for the fist ceremonial shot. Introducing Surya a new face as hero, in the direction of Raju Upati, filmmaker Vijay of Suresh Productions is producing it on a new banner Rakesh Circuits. The makers expressed their thanks to Our Super Star Rajinikanth and Shankar for gracing the occasion and participating in the event.
